April-May application round for foreigners and candidates for study programmes in foreign languages - 2014/2015

We would like to inform that on Wednesday, 19 March 2014 the April-May application round for the 2014/2015 academic year begins: for the non-Polish nationals who enrol pursuant to the rules other than applicable to Polish nationals for the first year of full-time and part-time graduate and undergraduate programmes carried out in Polish and for all candidates irrespective of their citizenship and the application rules they follow for the first year of undergraduate and graduate programmes carried out in foreign languages

We would like to inform that on Wednesday, 19 March 2014 at noon (12:00) the April-May application round for the 2014/2015 academic year begins:

for the non-Polish nationals who enrol pursuant to the rules other than applicable to Polish nationals for the first year of full-time and part-time graduate (long- and second- cycle) and undergraduate (first-cycle) programmes carried out in Polish and

for all candidates irrespective of their citizenship and the application rules they follow for the first year of undergraduate (first-cycle) and graduate (second-cycle) programmes carried out in foreign languages.

To apply for admission to above-mentioned study programmes, the candidate should:

  • create an account in the OAS at www.erk.uj.edu.pl,
  • register for the selected programmes and
  • meet the conditions required for registration confirmation, i.e. pay the application fee and send the documents required upon registration to the appropriate university unit.

 

Before the registration, please read the following messages: documents required, registration confirmation and correct spelling of a legal name.

Detailed information about the application rules, formal requirements, documents required and admission schedule can be found on the OAS website in catalogue 2014/2015, in the section "programmes in Polish » for the non-Polish nationals who enrol pursuant to the rules other than applicable to Polish nationals" and in "programmes in foreign languages" section.

We also encourage all foreign candidates to read the section "International students" (available on the Department of Admissions' website in three languages: Polish, English, and Russian), in which they can find general information helpful for prospective students coming to study in Poland and also to read the instruction on OAS account creation, the usage of the programme browser, and on successfully completing a registration, available on the main website of OAS.

The registration will last until 6 May 2014. The next application round will start if the number of confirmed applications by this date is lower than the number of places available.
