Join the Debate: “The End of Post-War European Order. The Consequences of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine”

Are you following the news regarding the war in Ukraine? Would you like to understand the roots of the conflict and learn about the possible scenarios? Join the debate co-organized by IRAS and GLAD programmes to discuss all those issues with esteemed experts.

IRAS and GLAD are pleased to invite everyone to the event, devoted to the most current situation in Europe. The war against Ukraine has already caused not only humanitarian crisis but also major economic, political and security consequences. How will it affect Europe in the short and long term? Are we witnessing the beginning of a new era? We have invited the panel of leading specialists to express their views – says Dr. Dominika Dziwisz, IRAS and GLAD Director.

Outstanding speakers will attend, including:

  • Rüdiger von Fritsch, former German Ambassador to Poland and Russia 
  • Jan Piekło, former Polish Ambassador to Ukraine
  • Bogdan Klich, Polish Senator, former Polish Minister of National Defence

The debate will take place on March 30th, 2022 at 5.00 pm at the Faculty of International and Political Studies, Reymonta 4, room 039.

The event is open to the public but the registration is required.
