The Pulaski Association of Business and Professional Men, Inc. and Pulaski Association Endowment Fund, Inc. proudly announces the awarding of $4,000.00, $2,000 and $1,000.00 scholarships

The Pulaski Association of Business and Professional Men, Inc. and Pulaski Association Endowment Fund, Inc. proudly announces the awarding of $4,000.00, $2,000 and $1,000.00 scholarships to high school seniors and college students in their freshmen and sophomore years pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.

Applicants must be at least one fourth of Polish descent. Prior scholarship recipients are not eligible.

Application must be complete and include the following information:
1) Name, Address and Telephone Number
2) Date and Place of Birth and Family Background
3) High School or College presently attending
4) Transcript from prior semester or year
5) SAT or ACT scores
6) Essay on how your Polish background has influenced your future ambitions (max 2 pages, double spaced).

Applications must be received by November 18, 2015.

Winners of the scholarship will be notified by telephone and must attend the award ceremony in person (no proxies will be accepted) on December 5, 2015 during Christmas Party at: The INN At New Hyde Park 214 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, NY 11040
